Visa Information for Entry to China
As you prepare to attend the 7th World Racket Sports Science Congress, please review the following important information regarding entry requirements for China. It is crucial to plan your visa arrangements well in advance of your travel.
Visa-Free Entry
Holders of ordinary passports from the listed countries below are eligible for visa-free entry into China for purposes including tourism, business, and short-term visits. The permitted duration of stay is typically up to 30 days.
Attendees are advised to confirm the specific conditions applicable to their nationality, such as passport validity and the exact length of stay allowed, prior to finalizing travel plans.

- Europe (34 countries): France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Russia, Sweden.
- Oceania (2 countries): Australia, New Zealand.
- Asia (7 countries): Brunei, South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain.
- South America (5 countries): Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay.
For Participants from Other Countries
If your country of citizenship is not listed above, you must obtain a visa before traveling to China. For the official application procedures, required documents, and specific requirements, please consult the following authoritative sources:

Visa Application Guideline
STEP 1
Delegates are required to complete the invitation request document and submit it to the Organising Committee's official e-mail address: wrssc2026@gmail.com.
STEP 2
On the basis of the information received, the Organising Committee/NBU issues the Letter of Invitation, which will be sent to the delegate by e-mail. The process of issuing and delivering the official Visa Invitation Letter takes up to 10 days from the moment the relevant personal data is submitted to Organising Committee to the moment the Visa Invitation Letter is sent to the delegate by e-mail.
STEP 3
Upon receiving the Letter of Invitation, the participant is to collect all the documents in accordance with the requirements of the Embassy/Consulate of China to which the participant intends to apply for a China visa. Detailed information on the documents required and the fees for issuing the visa (visa fee) is available on the website of the Embassy/Consulate of China of the city in which the participant intends to apply for a visa.
STEP 4
The participant submits the required documents, together with the Letter of Invitation issued by the Organising Committee, to the Embassy/Consulate of China to which the participant intends to apply for a China visa.
Important: In order to avoid any delays it is of utmost importance to inquire about all the details of the visa issuance procedure at the respective Consular Office in advance. The Local Organising Committee cannot influence the working process of the Embassy/Consulate of China.
STEP 5
The participant receives the China visa, checks the data (personal information, dates of stay etc.).
